How to Get Help:

• Email us at taner@sultanstylesusa.com with your order details and photos of the defective item.
• We will send you a free replacement as soon as possible.

Please note that if the 48-hour window passes, we won't be able to offer a replacement. Be sure to inspect your towels as soon as they arrive!
