Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Towel arrives damaged , we offer a hassle-free product replacement policy within 48 of receiving your items. To be eligible for a free replacement, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
